STEP 2 : Send that message to 53733 (Toll free number )
STEP 3 : You will recieve a sms from bsnl
STEP 4 : TYPE M3GY
STEP 5 : Send that message to 53733 (Toll free number )
STEP 6 : You will receive an confirmation message from bsnl,That is Your plan changed to 3G

How to recharge for 3g plans

STEP 1 : Top up your BSNL number for 150 or above
STEP 2 : TYPE DATA139 and send that to 53733 for One GB 3G data
